[Terra] Onboard audio is missing after rebooting the device with manual selection.

Issue description

Google Chrome 60.0.3112.30 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
Platform 9592.18.0 (Official Build) beta-channel terra
Firmware Version Google_Terra.7287.154.80
JavaScript V8 6.0.286.13
Flash 26.0.0.120 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) sign in to the device.
(2) Play any youtube vedio.
(3) plug any external audio peripheral (HDMI monitor/ USB headset/3.5 headset)
(4) Manually switch the audio out to Onboard speakers.
(5) Reboot the device.
(6) Play any youtube video.

What is the expected result?
Onboard audio should work properly.

What happens instead?
Audio is missing(Onboard audio is not working).


Note:
Manually switching between external audio peripheral and onboard audio is fixing this issue.

Any updates? M60 goes stable in 3 weeks.
I think terra issue in #0 is the same as https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=732885, which has been fixed on R60.

Hi sontis, could you please verify this on Terra?

As for #4, that is a different issue.
Could you please also test #4 and possibly file another issue ?

Yes this is a duplicate of  issue 732885 , I set the owner to myself when I was working on  issue 732885  but I forgot to update here after it's fixed.
