VR: capturing the current tab instead of the screen |
||||||
Issue descriptionWhen in VR, capturing the screen in chrome should only capture the current tab. What happens: it captures the entire screen (both eyes)

GetUserMedia api allows for a variety of selections. Are you saying that even if you select 'tab capture' that it ends up doing screen capture? Can you describe the repro in more detail? >edited comment for type

Amir, can you clarify what you want out of this bug, then return it to Available?

IIRC it was suggested by David originally. I haven't tried 'tab capture', but my understanding was that when we are in VR we always want to capture the tab not the screen. this page can be used for test. https://www.webrtc-experiment.com/Pluginfree-Screen-Sharing/#10684861563568537 start capturing screen. The result is expected to only contain the tab content, but it includes everything from the screen.
