Remove onshow from GlobalEventHandlers

Chrome Version: Version 61.0.3128.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

Test at http://w3c-test.org/html/semantics/interactive-elements/contextmenu-historical.html shows that the onshow member of GlobalEventHandlers is still implemented. However, it is part of the context menu feature, which was removed recently (from both Chrome and the spec).
