Can't close notification without moving mouse first |

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 59.0.3071.86 OS Version: Ubuntu 14.04 trusty (x86-64) Cinnamon 3.2.7 URLs (if applicable) : What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Start Chrome 2. Receive multiple notification 3. Close top notification 4. At this moment, mouse should be above Close but of the next notification that moved up 5. Click mouse button 6. Notification opens in a tab instead of closing What is the expected result? Closing top notification and clicking mouse button again should close next notification What happens instead of that? Next notification opens in a tab Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. Able to reproduce on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest stable #59.0.3071.86. This issue is not observed on Mac OS 10.12.5 and Windows -10.
