pages, settings and extentions in chrome will not open

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:53.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/53.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Every time I open chrome 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Chrome working What went wrong? every tab i open is blank with no message. The extensions are not working. History, bookmarks and settings just load up a blank tab when I open them. Did this work before? Yes Dont know Chrome version: Can't access the About Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 I have not installed anything before it stopped worrking and I am using AVG

To clarify - is it only parts of Chrome UI (settings, history, bookmarks) that show a blank page, or is this the case for websites as well?
