Issue descriptionTools/Scripts/run-webkit-tests editing/selection often fails that editing/selection/offset-from-point.html is failed but it passes when we run it single. I guess offset-from-point.html doesn't reset some condition.

What the test does in https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/third_party/WebKit/LayoutTests/editing/selection/offset-from-point.html?rcl=17213d4fbc78d298c8be2e9b71c5c3d79874ee39&l=22 should not make a difference any more as we now only have the complex path. If that helps...

I need to double check the exact defaults but kerning is default on, and discretionary ligatures should be on by default as well.
