tab crashes when calling video.play() while devtools is open

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.86 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open the attached html file
2. wait for the video to play
3. open devtools
4. click the video for twice

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
tab crash

It's not reproducible in ToT and by manual bisect I found that it was fixed by https://chromium.googlesource.com/v8/v8/+/6a65e6deef998ef94a3c8ab5eb50b9378dcf9038 . It looks reasonable - when I click by video fast enough, page produces console message and it forces blackboxing state check.
