Could you please let us know on which video player you are trying to watch the videos in full screen? I have tested this issue on Windows-10 by playing the YouTube videos on chrome #59.0.3071.86, observed able to play videos in full screen by double click using mouse and F key using keyboard.

I'm talking about built-in white-blue html5 video player.

You may dowload first video from here http://www.sample-videos.com/ and open it via file URL (file:///D:/SampleVideo_1280x720_1mb.mp4)

Able to reproduce this issue on Windows-10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.12.5 using chrome latest stable #59.0.3071.86 by following steps mentioned in the comment #3, Observed unable to play video in full screen by double clicking using mouse and pressing F key.

Tested the same on older version of chrome #35.0.1849.0 and observed the similar behavior. Considering this is a non-regression issue and marking it as untriaged.

Note: This issue works fine on Fire Fox by double click using mouse.

Thanks!
