No options menu in latest Canary

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3124.10 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start Chrome 2. Look to the right for the options menu 3. You'll find it's not there What is the expected behavior? That the options menu was visible What went wrong? You tell me Did this work before? Yes 61.0.3122.0 unless that's this one. Then it would have been 61.0.3119.1 Chrome version: 61.0.3124.10 Channel: canary OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0 I never noticed until I tried to access my history only to find it can't be done.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.12.5 & Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version#61.0.3124.10 & latest Canary-61.0.3127.0 as per the steps mentioned above. Able to view the 'Options menu' on top right corner of chrome window & able to view all the options in that menu without any issue. Please check the issue by upgrading the chrome to latest Canary & let us know your observations on the same.Please find the attached screencast for reference & let us know if we miss any steps from our end to reproduce the issue. Thanks.
