Native control buttons for Linux

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.86 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open browser 
2. Watch ugly minimize, maximize, close buttons or use native titlebar which take up more screen space.
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Minimize, maximize, close buttons are loaded from gtk theme.

What went wrong?
I don't know, you tell me.

Did this work before? No

Unable to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest stable #59.0.3071.86. No UI issue is observed in chrome native control buttons when gtk theme is enabled. 

corsseir@ Could you please let us know on which Linux flavor you are facing this issue? If any extensions are installed please recheck this it by uninstalling it.
