Add service_account field to SwarmingTask message in config schema: https://chromium.googlesource.com/infra/luci/luci-go/+/master/scheduler/appengine/messages/cron.proto#168 This should be relatively easy.

No need anymore. Scheduler doesn't directly support Swarming anymore (only through Buildbucket, which has service_account field in builder definitions already).
