Black screen after window folding-unfolding.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.86 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. After launching the browser, minimize it.
2. We perform any actions in other applications.
3. Expand the browser window.

What is the expected behavior?
The black screen disappears when you click on it.

What went wrong?
Black screen after window folding-unfolding.

Did this work before? Yes 58

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.86  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #59.0.3071.86 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed no black screen while maximizing the browser window.

Reporter@ Are you able to reproduce this issue consistently including incognito mode? Could you please recheck by closing the apps or extensions in case if it's anything running in the background.

At the moment, the problem has disappeared after installing Google Chrome. But I do not understand how, because I reinstalled the Windows 10 system and it did not help me. Then I decided to install the browser once again on the new Windows 10 system and it worked.
