What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Log in to two profiles
(2) In the second profile open the Files or Calculator app
(3) Switch to the first profile

What is the expected result?
Only windows open in the first profile should be visible.

What happens instead?
The Calculator and Files app windows remain visible in the first profile.

This doesn't happen the other way around. These apps, when opened in the first profile, do not create windows that are visible in the second profile.
