No G in the omnibox on Chrome Home

As the title says

We're unsure if this is a bug, but seems like it might be

Could you share a screenshot?

Bernhard, I see two scenarios here, could you take a look please?

1. User is viewing a regular page. The url is shown, not the Google G or "Search the web"
2. There is no tab, user is in overview mode. Our logic in LocationBarPhone.updateGoogleG checks whether there is an NTP tab (there is _no_ tab) and determines to not show the Google G.

I think we have a regression in scenario 2, because there used to be a "Chrome Home NTP" but not anymore.

The 'G' was intentionally not included initially. https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/537218  added the 'G' to the Chrome Home NTP UI.
