Not displaying video from HD web cameras (displaying black screen) on new Beta version.

Chrome Version       : Beta '60.0.3112.24'

Other browsers tested: Yes
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: 
     Safari: PASS/FAIL (Pass)
    Firefox: PASS/FAIL (Pass)
         IE: PASS/FAIL (Pass)

What steps will reproduce the problem? 
(1) Open above URL in New beta Chrome version 60.0.3112.24
(2) Check HD web camera on new beta version 
(3) Not displaying video, Only displaying black screen

What is the expected result?
HD web camera should be working proper on new Beta version 60.0.3112.24. Should display proper video from HD web camera

What happens instead?
Not displaying video from HD web camera, Only displaying black screen

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tested in chrome Beta #60.0.3112.24,Canary #61.0.3127.0 on win 10.0 & 7 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference.

@Reporter: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.

Thanks for the reply.

I tried with new profile without extensions but still getting the same problem. 
I'm using below HD web camera :
1) Logitech Webcam C920 (1080 pixel)
2) Logitech HD Webcam C615 (1080 pixel)
3) Logitech HD Webcam C270 (720 pixel)
