black boxes on internet

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.86 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
Whenever we are on the internet black boxes keep coming up. This is becoming very annoying. 

What went wrong?
While on the internet does not matter what you are doing black boxes keep coming up and blocking the content on the page. This only started happening after the Windows 10 update.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.86  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Please help fix this.

They say turning off hardware acceleration helps as a temporary workaround:

Thank you for the bug report, We are already aware of the issue and is been tracked in  issue#730126 . 

ajcvda26@ and redn721@ if possible can you provide the GPU details which can be found under "chrome://gpu" and save the page as html and share it to the merged bug i.e.,  issue#730126 .

Note : A workaround has landed and will be merged to M59 soon
