Regression: Blaze device is behaving weird on installing M-60 & M-61 builds.

Chrome Version: 61.0.3124.0/9632.0.0 dev channel Blaze
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover M60 / M61 build via USB in Blaze device and Observe.

Expected: No such weird behavior should be seen on installing M60 or M61 builds in Blaze
Actual: Instead weird behavior is seen.

This is regression issue as no such weird behavior is seen in 59.0.3071.91/9460.60.0 beta channel blaze.

Note: Issue is not applicable to Linux,Windows & Mac OS
