Regression: when tabbed on menu items, focus is seen on edit person button |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3124.4 OS: Ubuntu 14.04, win 7 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome>> Navigate chrome://md-settings>> (2)click on main menu items>>then press tab key (eg:click on downloads, when tabbed the focus should be on "Change" button) Expected Focus should be on the same settings section on the right side of the page Actual Instead Focus is seen on edit person button This is a regression issue broken in M59. =============================== Manual Biscet info: Good build: 59.0.3063.0(461928) Bad Build: 59.0.3064.0(462305)
