Update documentation for services on iOS |

Issue descriptionOnce initial integration of services on iOS is complete (see blocking bug), we should correspondingly update documentation: - Update //services/README.md to talk about iOS - Update servicification.md to give current status of iOS, including using Identity Service as example - Provide status update of services on iOS to services-dev@ and to the Chrome on iOS team
