What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Files app.
(2) Create a folder and share the folder with others.
(3) Create a file outside the shared folder.
(4) Move the file to the shared folder.

What is the expected result?
Alert dialog should be shown to tell the user that the others will be able to see the file content.
In Drive Web UI, I see a dialog which is attached.

What happens instead?
Files app moves the file without any dialog.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
