services_unittests runs on all other platforms on the bots, so it should run on iOS as well. rockot@ confirmed that he just turned them on on other platforms and it was an unproblematic rollout. I don't expect problems on iOS considering that we're starting with only the Identity Service unittests running in services_unittests.
