Pre-condition: Make sure you have two/more users signed into chrome.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome as 1st user/2nd user >> Open Uber tray 
(2)Now start hitting tab key and Observe

Expected: Blue focus should be seen on Username upon hitting tab.
Actual: Instead, Blue focus is seen missing.

This is regression issue as focus on username is seen in 59.0.3071.91/9460.60.0 beta channel peppy.

Note: This issue is not applicable to Linux,Windows and Mac OS
