Issue descriptionChrome Version : 61.0.3124.4 (Official Build) 2ccba3fd9c04d6ca967808d2fbb9aadbbda5fb6f-refs/branch-heads/3124@{#6} 32/64 bit OS : Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.11.6, 0.12.3), Linux(14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to www.google.co.in and open devtools. 2. In devtools navigate to 'Security' tab and hit F5 key to reload the page. 3. Select https://google.co.in from 'Main origin' section, scroll down the certificate details and observe 'Open full certificate' button. Actual : Unwanted traces are seen below 'Open full certificate' button. Expected : 'Open full certificate' button should appear without any traces. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-61’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info. Good build : 61.0.3122.0 Bad build : 61.0.3123.0
