Chrome remains in login mode in two different devices simultaneously

Reported by drchinmo...@gmail.com, Jun 9 2017

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Login to Chrome in two separate devices simultaneously.
2. Browse the web using Chrome on Device 1.
3. Access browsing history on Device 2.

What is the expected behavior?
If Chrome detects a similar activity on more than one device, it should automatically log out of both devices.

What went wrong?
Instead, Chrome runs on both devices simultaneously, and any activity on Device 1 can be monitored on Device 2, which includes saved passwords, browsing history, among other sensitive information.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: n/a

This is working as intended. Many people use multiple devices in parallel and expect this functionality.
