Chrome is no longer supported on Windows Vista. Please refer the below URL:

https://chrome.googleblog.com/2015/11/updates-to-chrome-platform-support.html

Just to cross check, verified on Windows 7 and 10 with chrome stable version 59.0.3071.86 and Netflix played fine with no issues.

Thanks.!
I am using a Geekbox running Android Lollipop dual booting w/ Ubuntu 14.04 that runs on Chromium.....Every time I hit play on a Netflix movie its all good up to that point/ Then like the guy up top said it goes to the System Requirements page & wont play @ all.....I also still cant sign into Chromium from the day I bought my box......Chromium is cranky!!

You need to use Chrome to use Netflix.
