Instant tab crashing

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3122.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Cannot say.

What is the expected behavior?
Tabs crashing, If I reload the tab, it then crashes again.

What went wrong?
What does it seem like?

Crashed report ID: Yes

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 61.0.3122.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 26.0.0.123

I must allow attachments regarding my flag settings, I have a powerful system to uphold said settings, please be advised.

OS: Win 7 Ult 64-bit SP1
CPU: Intel i7 4790K Devil's Canyon
GPU: nVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti
RAM: 8 GB, 2400 MHz

As per the screenshot (Chrome-flash.png), from the Crash ID -- 4dbdbd79f0000000, duping the issue into Bug Id -- 700245, as the Stack Trace looks similar.
Please un-merge if it is not similar.
