Issue descriptionWhat steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Visit https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/master?pretty=fuller (2) Have the desire to visit a "Reviewed-on" or "Review-Url" URL. What is the expected result? I can click on the relevant URL. What happens instead? The URL is plain text.
