[Feedback PreStable] URL is aligned to the right on onmibox

Chrome Version: 59.0.3071.82
OS: iOS (Version 11)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome and open a website

What is the expected result?
Omnibox is aligned to left (except for languages that are written right to left

What happens instead?
Please see attached screenshots

Steps to reproduce from user's feedback:
1. input to omnibox
2. click "Go"
3. The URL shift to the right 
User also mention it happens all time in all domains.

Is it possible that the reporter has some flag like --force-ui-direction enabled?

What platform is the latter screenshot from? An iPad? The .jpg is missing exif info.

I'm not seeing it on 59.0.3071.86+Linux.

Based on the screenshots and version mentioned as 11, its an iOS11 only issue.
Can be duped against http://crubg/730461
