Max98090 Codec on Baytrail devices fails to init in 4.9 Kernel

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)build 4.9 kernel
(2)verify there is no audio
(3)check dmesg for errors

What is the expected result?
audio should load and play

What happens instead?
no audio

GPIO lookup was the issue for the MAX codec, solution is upstream in review, being pulled in.

issue was traced to a config issue related to the linux kernel that was stuck in review upstream. It can be checked here https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/528021/
