chromeos: convert --mus=viz to --mus-hosting-viz

The plan is to convert --mus to a feature, which means --mus will go
away. That means we need a way to express --mus=viz. This converts it
to --mus-hosting-viz.

TEST=covered by tests

There is also a bug filed internally that we need to resolve @ 73820912.

We went with a slightly different direction. I'm closing this out.
