Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Turn on YouTube video notifications for desktop 2. Get a video notification What is the expected behavior? I would have thought the notification should disappear after, say 15 seconds. What went wrong? The notification stays indefinitely, which is irritating as every time a video is uploaded, i may not want to watch it and have to move over to the notification and close it. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

YouTube marks all their notifications with the requireInteraction flag, which means that the notification will stay on-screen until you interact with it: https://notifications.spec.whatwg.org/#require-interaction-preference-flag There's little we can do about this. I'll forward your comment to their team. |
