1. Chromebook on cellular network
2. See update icon in system tray
3. Click on uber tray to see 'Click to view update details' option
4. Sign-out of user account without selecting above option
5. Sign-in to user account again

What is the expected result?
Update icon should be present in status tray

What happens instead?
Update icon is not there.
