Issue descriptionNote that this is a synchronous method call. It's used in ArcAndroidManagementChecker to determine when to kick off the check for "Android management" (not sure exactly what the latter is). We'll likely need to change ArcAndroidManagementChecker to simply get the signin info asynchronously, as described in crbug.com/729554 .
