Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Either kill a process, or shutdown with "open a blank page" settings 2. restart the browser 3. If "restore" is not selected, "ctrl-shift-t" opens tabs that were closed *outside* of the restore process. 4. If "open new page" is selected, the tabs that were open when the window was closed are not part of the tab close history What is the expected behavior? ctrl-shift-t should open recently closed tabs, including those closed during browser shutdown / restore What went wrong? Lose tab history is bad mmmmkay Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3029.110 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version: Thanks for a great browser
