Issue descriptionConfirmed by TOT on Linux What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open DevTools (2) Record Performance log (3) See results, and you will see that the measure in the first upper side view is wrong This is a regression, and works fine on Stable. See screen shot for details. wrong.png is one of TOT, correct.png is one of Stable.

Tested the issue on Windows 7 , Mac OS 10.12.5 and ubuntu 14.04 using chrome dev M61 #61.0.3135.4 and issue seems fixed. Upper side Measure units in performance>dev tools are correct. Attached screenshot for reference. Adding TE-Verified labels. Thanks!
