Regression: [DevTools] Warnings are not seen in Console section after checking Warnings option.

Chrome Version: 61.0.3124.0 Revision e88b4570354eca47bc65a98bbba6013f73c6c816-refs/heads/master@{#477839} 
OS: Windows(7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, Open Dev tools on youtube.com and navigate to Console section.
(2) Click on Default Levels drop down and uncheck all options then click on Warnings option.
(3) Observe.

Actual:  Warnings are not seen in Console section after checking Warnings option.

Expected: Warnings should be seen in Console section after checking Warnings option.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-60', will soon update the other info:

Good Build:61.0.3123.0
Bad Build: 61.0.3124.0
