Browser window can not display entirely after minimize->restore A11y keyboard with switching to other input tools

Firmware Google_clapper 5216.199.7

REPRO STEPS 
1. Switch to A11y keyboard 
2. Switch to other input tools by opening its input tools menu list
3. Press hide icon to hide keyboard ,then restore keyboard 

Actual:
Browser window short of following part ,can not display entirely 
refers to attached vedio 

Note:
For Non-A11y keyboard, this issue not repro

Upgrade bug to p2 again.
Since when window shrink to small size, user can't screw the window bottom border to expand its size.
