Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9460.60.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.91 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9460.60.0 (Official Build) beta-channel cave Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install Chrome OS Beta on Asus Chromebook Flip 2 C302CA 2. Go play some videos, or run a Linux app under Crouton What is the expected behavior? Sound plays What went wrong? Often, no sound plays. Sometimes YouTube videos play without sound, sometimes YouTube locks up like it's waiting for a sound device to become available. Rarely, sound actually plays. Android apps always have sound. Did this work before? Yes Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5 Does this work in other browsers?
