PDFs are not opening in Chrome

This seems to be happening to any PDF file (not a specific one), across operating systems.

When switching between tabs, it seems that the PDF comes up blank and then occasionally will reload.

I don't have access to the links. Which Chrome version is this for?

This seems to be occurring in M59: 59.0.3071.57 beta and 59.0.3071.91 beta are the specific versions.

We both tried to file bugs at the same time. I filed  bug 730848 , BTW.
