Render Test results aren't uploaded on Trybots

Render Test results are uploaded for certain Testers, eg:
https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromium.android/builders/Lollipop%20Phone%20Tester/builds/12497

Can we get them uploaded for the trybots?

Is there anything stopping us uploading the results for all the trybots/testers that run instrumentation tests?

Add Google Storage results bucket arg to chromium.linux Android bots.

Adding this arg will enable uploading of post-test-screenshots
(taken after test failures) and also uploading of render test
results. Since trybots use these configs, this will enable the
uploading of render test results from trybots.

On linux_android_rel_ng, the render test results are being uploaded. Marking as fixed.
