chromeos-server30.cbf has no "mysql" binary

I attempted to deploy the migrations (up to 116) to AFEs and shards, but failed on chromeos-server30.cbf because it has no mysql binary.

`atest shard list` tells me that does't seem to be a production shard, so you should be fine.

This needs to have hit all the shards + the master db (which could have been accomplished by running migration from cautotest/ or from cautotest-mysql

I applied the migration to all shards and all AFEs (`atest server list -r shard` and `atest server list -r afe`).  Is that overkill to do it to all AFE servers?

afe servers don't have database I think? Why you want to deploy the migration to afe servers?
