v8.infinite_scroll-classic_tbmv2 failing on several desktop bots (starting on May 30) |

Issue descriptionSeveral desktop bots (basically all) are failing the v8.infinite_scroll_tbmv2 metric. Clear point of resgression on the Win 7 x64 bot, so going to attempt bisect on it.
