Bug in Web View while Rendering

What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1) When you scroll down the webpage then icon is overlapping the google play navigation. This looks weird !

Status: Available (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue with latest Chrome Stable and previous stable channels as well i.e., 59.0.3071.86 and 57.0.2987.133,	58.0.3029.110 respectively.
