Suggested image animation happens only once

The animation for the suggestion image should only happen the first time.
The other time (cell reuse, swipe-to-dismiss cancel), it should not happen.

Hi vbarigela@, this is part of a new feature not yet launched. I don't think it is necessary to verify this issue.
