Regression: Space is not visible in omnibox after hitting Space bar key for ‘Enable RTL’ flag.

Chrome Version:61.0.3123.0 (Official Build)193094009c210267cfa2c194ec9875711ccaf647-refs/heads/master@{#477506} 64 bit
OS: Mac (10.12.3,10.11.6)

Pre-condition:Select ‘Right-to-left’ direction for Force UI direction & ‘Enable RTL’ flag.

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome, type any keyword in omnibox and hit Space bar key
2. Observe

Actual: Space is not visible in omnibox after hitting Space bar key

Expected: Space should be visible in omnibox after hitting Space bar key

This is regression is broken in ‘M 61’ and will soon update the bisect info:

Good build:61.0.3121.0
Bad build:61.0.3122.0

This issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS
