Issue descriptionChrome Version:61.0.3123.0 OS:Windows, Ubuntu 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and open devtools in any page (2)Open the console tab and click on the info, verbose... dropdown and observe Actual: Drop drop menu is not aligned Expected:Drop drop menu should be aligned This is a Regression issue seen in M-61.. will update other info soon.. Issue is reproducible on the latest canary(61.0.3123.0) on Mac OS 10.12.5 as well.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build:61.0.3122.0 (Revision:477124). Bad build:61.0.3123.0 (Revision:477506). You are probably looking for a change made after 477443 (known good), but no later than 477444 (first known bad).
