Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.86 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: n/a What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Usually Chrome will update itself, and will run the newer version next timeit is started but not forcefully restart the browser, or at least my Chrome wasnt doing that, maybe I had set an option to prevent that behaviour. Since 3 days ago it has restarted itself automatically twice to apply updates, this is unacceptable behaviour. Both occasions my tabs and windows ordering got mixed up and took me about 20 minutes to fix. The second occasion I was posting on a forum and suddenly chrome closed and started itself. Next I start chrome manually with command line flags but these are not applied on auto restarts. Please revert to the previous behaviour. If an update is urgent instead a notification requesting the enduser to restart is more appropriate. Did this work before? Yes unknown Chrome version: 59.0.3071.86 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: n/a This is high priority.
