chrome crashed when using cmyk jpeg oem wallpaper

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:53.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/53.0
Platform: 9460.60.0 (Official Build) dev-channel bob test

Steps to reproduce the problem:
try to boot R59 9460.58~9460.60 from udisk on bob

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
device reboot soon, caused by ui crash a lot, and there's no error/warning logs about why(coredump attached).

it's caused by oem update a cmyk default wallpaper(/usr/share/chromeos-assets/wallpaper/oem_small.jpg), fixed by changed back to srgb jpeg.

but still wondering should we fix the crash case in browser too?

and it would not crash when opening this picture in browser's file manager.

a easy way to repro this issue is to replace the default wallpaper(oem_small.jpg or default_small.jpg) with cmyk jpeg:

convert rgb.jpg -colorspace cmyk cmyk.jpg
