UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9460.57.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.82 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install "Scanner Radio" from google play
2. Run the app

What is the expected behavior?
User can close pop-up and see the app UI

What went wrong?
App window is disappeared and can't close pop-up window.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.82  Channel: beta
OS Version: 9460.57.0
Flash Version: 

After the pop-up window is pop, App is disappeared.
When i touch app icon from below menu bar, the app still invisible.

"wayland-service: Couldn't find a window for task_id"

Furthermore i can't close the pop-up by using touchpad / touchscreen.
ESC key is working only.

This app is working well chromebook of ARC++ android M version and normal Android N phone. (I tested with chromebook G1 13 and Galaxy note 5)

This problem is occurred only in my chromebook pro.
