Swarming bot list shows "x86" instead of more precise value like "x86-64-avx2"

Project Member Reported by mar...@chromium.org, Jun 6 2017

Issue description

It's useful when looking at /botlist if the majority of bots has AVX2 instructions set support or not. Example:

https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/botlist?c=id&c=os&c=task&c=status&c=pool&c=cpu&f=cpu%3Ax86-64-avx2&l=100&s=id%3Aasc

Normally I thought that each value in botlist would pick the longest value but it seems it pick the first one, which due to the way sorting works is often the shortest (most general) value.

CPUs now render as the longest value. This is live on chromium-swarm and chrome-swarming.
