Issue descriptionIt's useful when looking at /botlist if the majority of bots has AVX2 instructions set support or not. Example: https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/botlist?c=id&c=os&c=task&c=status&c=pool&c=cpu&f=cpu%3Ax86-64-avx2&l=100&s=id%3Aasc Normally I thought that each value in botlist would pick the longest value but it seems it pick the first one, which due to the way sorting works is often the shortest (most general) value.
